CKS Builders is currently demolishing an old house for us and building a new one. So far we are extremely pleased with the progress on our new home. Steven is extremely well organized and has done everything on or ahead of schedule. Steven has done an excellent job of communicating with us and answering our questions. He has also been very helpful, making suggestions and presenting good options for all the things we are totally clueless about. He has been very efficient about solving problems with the existing power and sewer infrastructure so that he can keep the project on schedule. We are extremely happy with the work CKS Builders has done for us.
